This is my back design for the www.TheCardist.net custom playing card contest. I always liked the simple yet complex etched design on the back of playing cards. I wanted to keep that same feel but add my touch of macabre and dark humor.

when it's small the eyes ribs and tailbone lose definition. I might move the skeleton up a little though so he's more inside the gear.
