This artwork is for my cousin Tara who is a dancer who lives in a city, thus a dancer in the city inspired artwork. Not sure how the idea came to mind to have the dancer practicing on a rooftop at sunrise but I'm glad it did because this turned out to be a very pretty artwork indeed. The dancer isn't intended to be a likeness of my cousin, I instead used my Kalypso character and the body textures from my Marina character (links below). I had a lot of fun post-working and painting this one to achieve the final effect. Now onto the next gift artwork!
