Of all the Robins, Tim is probably my favourite, mostly b/c I've never really known Dick as Robin (and I like him as Nightwing, anyhow!). Jason has some very important moments in the timeline, and that is reason enough for me to like him, but Tim is simply more fun...and his costume has a much better design! I feel bad for the old school characters who never made it to the new era of comic books. They got jipped!
