She has four hands representing four aspects of human personality in learning: mind, intellect, alertness and ego. She has sacred scriptures in one hand and a lotus – the symbol of true knowledge – in the second. With her other two hands she plays the music of love and life on a string instrument called the veena. She is dressed in white – the symbol of purity – and rides on a white swan – symbolizing Sattwa Guna or purity and discrimination. Saraswati is also a prominent figure in Buddhist iconography - the consort of Manjushri. So through art of mine I want to share my culture and tradition , if you like plz encourage me to do more and more such things for all my fellow artist from a diffrent culture and countries....D E V I N Tue, 12 Jul 2011 07:30:12 -0400 wedding card
There are a couple of things, which are common to every Indian wedding and these little things, which form a very essential ingredient of every Indian wedding are the wedding invitations and wedding cards which are lately given a lot of importance. It's a crucial question, because light and heat from the sun are the basis of (almost) all life on earth. Sunlight drives plant life via photosynthesis, and animals survive by eating plants. Almost all microscopic forms of life (bacteria, protozoa, etc.) survive by using the energy of sunlight. The interior of the Fort provides a soothing and warm ambience, which is least expected from its outer appearance. The marvelous decoration of the Amer Fort is influenced by both, the Hindu and Muslim manner of ornamentation. Exquisite paintings of hunting scenes on the walls depict the temperament of the Rajputs, who were adventurous, revolutionary and self-indulgent.The intricate carvings on the walls and ceilings simply astonish the visitors.
