This isn't the best - it got away from me and I just couldn't seem to catch up. But it's practice so it's all good in the long run.

This just kicked me in the butt because it's probably the most complicated picture I ever tried to paint. I see some improvements, but I still have a ways to go. I'm happy with this though. This will also probably be my last "island composition" picture as well.

This is my second ever digital painting and it's still not perfect but I feel it is a bit of an improvement over my first. I'm really learning as I go along and one of my biggest problems is that I doubt myself so much that it takes me a long time to finish anything. I have to learn to tell myself to shut up and just go by instinct. When I do, I usually do pretty well. If I could only get that through my stubborn head. I am a Habs fan so I have been working on mostly Habs stuff but I do plan to branch out to other teams and different eras. I also plan to try horror art again so it won't always be hockey work that I'll post.

This is my first real crack at digital painting. I always wanted to try it but figured I better not. I also like hockey art and I wanted to try that but hadn't done anything in years. So I finally got off my butt and decided to try both things at the same time just to see if I could do it. I could, to some degree, so it started a new passion in me and so I will try to do as much as I possibly can. This is in no way perfect, but for me it was a major revelation.
