Nicci discovered her love and passion for modelling, completing her professional modelling and grooming course while attending the SDA Academy of Modelling in 1998.

Nicci then went on to do photographic modelling for hair design studios and various freelance photographers.

The concept of DarkAngel Photography was born with Nicci's vision of the alternate modelling scene.

Nicci's focus on the alternative style is achieved without all the adult entertainment industry style of photography as seen in men's magazines and adult websites.

With the use of costumes and props to create a story, a theme where the images are viewed as art not just a picture in a magazine or a photograph.

Nicci's unique ideas encompass themes from the fantasy realm of the vampire lore and undead with a major focus on the Gothic scene to the Roller-derby girls and Cyber Goth style with a twist.

Nicci's end vision is to become as mainstream as the Suicide Girls in popularity and show the world that there is NO NEED for "Pornographic style" photography to portray sensuality and beauty among women no matter their size or body shape, Nicci's focuss is on alternate fashions and ideas.

Nicci is a very hard working dedicated young woman of vision and has a dream.
