DGangJ

DGangJ Shown by a friend, he asked me to put some time in it.
Original picture is from and provided by Daniel Verson from versonphotography.com.
Really love this landscape and the original colors made a really good starting point.
Slight color modification, lighting, image treatment and a bit of 2d and photoshop alltogether.

Hope you enjoy it.

  • 7Shadows Simple, yet extremely effective. By very far, your best work. You should develop from here.

  • richholt I really like this piece too. The cleanness of it all. Good use of colour.

  • DGangJ Deeply appreciated, i've lost the patience to make my own renders and found some fun in working on photos for something more useful as a wallpaper, sometimes seems like its easy, but its never easy to make it look and still keeping a nice balance between all things it each piece, so for now i'm trying to develop that in me.

One question.. I've checked out Daniel's website, and also the website that contains the original photo.. Are there any other original photos of his work thats possible to view?

Yea some of his photos in panoramic sections would do it lol.
Btw I realized your portfolio's background, fits really well with the shadowness theme. I like how darkend the edges to make that spot light effect.

  • carloxxtraxx Nice work man! I have a question, I went to http://www.versonphotography.com and I checked some of the Landscape pictures he took. How did you get this image in a higher resolution? I like the one that has the railroad tracks but I can't seem to find a link to the same image but in higher resolution. Could you please help me?
    Thanks.
