This started as a fractal render from Mandelbulb3d. I thought the shapes I got looked a lot like weird high tech scifi buildings. So I brought it into photoshop and painted over the top.

It certainly does not belong in scraps, this is awesome! I really like the PoV you used, it really lends to the alien/futuristic feel of it.
