On the same day of every year, the people of Kriveeso let out the flags to welcome back the storks. Legend has it that if the flags are absent, the storks will not return, and Kriveeso will suffer a poor harvest and a harsh winter.
The golden sunfish also welcome the return of the storks, for they know that some careless nestlings will surely come their way.
