I am a British self taught artist & illustrator based in Munich, Germany and specialize in the detailed and whimsical fairy/fantasy art for children and for all children at heart. I always found my inspiration from all story telling sources,starting with my Mum when she read from colourful nursery rhymes and fairy tale books. Movies, music and nature also play an important role in transporting me to other worlds and getting my imagination running wild! I always admired the fantas/fairy art of Arthur Rackham, Beatrix Potter and modern fairy/ fantasy artists such as Brian Froud and Linda Ravenscroft and many more and it is also my wish to let people fall into nostalgia whenever they look at my colourful illustrations and squeeze a smile out of them...:-) My main mediums of use are watercolours and colored pencils, alone or mixed, to get the intricate details and colors I aim for. I'm Wanchana Intrasombat (Bangkok/ Thailand 1986) and you can call me Vic. I has works as a freelance in 2D, concept art, illustration and character design. I'm very interested everything about cartoon,fantasy world in the cute style and has so many inspirations from my childhood dream. After I watched Toy story from Pixar studio and Spirit Away from Ghibli studio. It opened my eyes to the world of fantastic dream and touch pen tablet. In 2008, I had finished bachelor's degree of Fine Art (traditional painting in Oil colour major).After that 1 year I had been developing his skill about Digital painting and graphic design. I'm 27 years old and of Laotian nationality. More about me: I fell in love with art since I was a child. Art has always been my strong subject at school. Sailor moon was my first inspiration to draw manga style. I have not posted my old works yet -- perhaps another day. Secondly, Final Fantasy (VII-VIII-X-XII-XIII) was my inspiration for digital art and fantasy characters. Recently, I have been in love with photography. I have a thirst for improvement. Hobby: I spend most of my time on online forums (mostly about One Piece), read manga online, do photography, drawing, watching anime and watch Asian drama. �Do you want to know a secret? I saw him� He walked alone, wandering in lonely worlds, travelling around eternal landscapes which blurred under his feet. He captured in his notebook those dreams which didn�t come true, the mind�s dark betrayals, the aromas from the intense reality which he will never be able to live. Because he doesn�t live the present, neither the past, or the future, he is the shadow which follows the wind, the sound which accompanies the fantasies from the unreal. He looks for beauty in the darkness, for the passion in the inert, every sigh immerses him in a world where creation is life. Sometimes he felt like time slid through his fingers, and in every second the most dark ghosts would overcome him, he woke up from his litany with a creative spirit, and his sensations, his fears, disappeared at creation. Close your eyes, and in each sparkle of your heart, he will reflect your soul�s fears.
