Hey everyone, here is my latest image. I had been working on this one little by little during my free time. I had wanted to paint a romantic image of a couple for a long time and I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. Once again I had a lot of fun with the color.

Cellesria - Her Little Sidekick
She is a circus performer who is tired and stressed from a long day and is being cheered up and entertained by her little sidekick (a Capuchin monkey) that is offering her a snack.

Last night I was just experimenting with a new color scheme and decided to paint a practice portrait with this new scheme and as I worked into it more I decided to go ahead and turn it into a finished painting.

The story behind this work is that she is a type of plant creature that lived her life alone in the woods until one day she found this small white dove.

For this image I wanted to paint a unique type of dog with some fantasy flair.

This image was painted completely in Photoshop. I looked at some images of dogs and puppies for reference.

Cellesria - Orion Sky
I have always been so fascinated by space and this work gave me the ability paint an image that included more than one subject that I love. I wanted to paint a classic style painting with a sci-fi twist.

The story and idea behind this work is that these are human-like creatures that live on a small terrestrial Earth-like planet inside the Orion Nebula. Their sky is illuminated by the surrounding nebula and, at night, their two moons are brightly lit by their giant blue star. In this image I wanted to illustrate what an alien family might look like on another world.
This work was created using Painter and Photoshop. I looked at my own hands for reference as well as my fiances and the Spitzer Space Telescope's Orion Nebula image.
