Home made pirogue with different stuffing. I made the outside from a scones recipe and the inside from what I had left at home which was tikimasala sauce and soy beef, soy sausages, leek, cottage cheese, spinach and corn (not all together).

my god. my mouth waters. the only thing i dislike on your list is the cottage cheese. do you have a meatless 'saugage' product there called 'field roast'? its amazing. http://www.fieldroast.com/ it is something that we have quite a bit. i think it would be amazing in Pirogues. :)

Great, then I have succeeded ♥
Apr 30th, 2011 ReplyHaha, yeah, I just needed to finish the cottage cheese I had so 2-3 of them had that with some leek but it was ok actually.
Hm. I haven't seen it, but I am definitely going to look for it. Soy "sausage" is totally ok but it's nice to try new things. Thank you for the tips!
