Quoting my patient "I'm just an old man waiting to be taken by death." I guess to me it's like a sole dried up leaf, very old like this old patient of mine waiting to be taken away by the wind, and like the wind, death can't be seen, but its effect can be felt by everyone unfortunate enough to make its acquaintance =)
