Pretty scary looking - When viewing art I try to visualise what it would look like hanging on my wall ........... This is not something I would look at twice , a total contrast/opposite to ur other works - U do tend to go gothic/dark at times - Why ? , but not for me - Fine work either way :)
That is the most thing I'm asked about my drawings, No big secret , I use a Faber Castell Pitt oil black Pencil , Then if needed I go over it with a brush with a touch of turps on it to smooth it out ,
you're very welcome...I live with a trained illustrator, oil painter and pencil artist...So i've been getting a schooling on traditional art over the last 2 years, pretty heavily. I've seen many artists like /bernardumaine/otolyth/joemacgown who have really set the bar, as far as I can see. But as far as your color pencil portraits , I've not seen anyone that can pull the light into the skin tones, and be unusually refreshing and new with each subject. It seems that artists of your 'caliber' are usually trapped into one thing that works for them...but I seem to see you changing what you do from portrait to portrait in order to let me see 'them' and let me see what you see.
Its an honor to be included in the some sentence as those guys , Thank you . I look forward to read you comments on the drawing I'm trying to complete just now , but It's taking me ages because I keep stopping to check Sn and the Chat.,
