May 20th, 2012My name is Rick Corbett. I am a graphite and colored pencil portrait artist. I am a self-taught artist. I am also a member of the Woburn Guild of Artists. I am inspired not only by other artists but from life itself. I am inspired by people, textures, smells, sounds, all my senses seem to come alive when I draw. My drawings take me on an artistic journey of self discovery. I feel my soul awaken when I draw. GOD has given me a gift and it's a gift I hope to use to bring people closer together. It's a gift I hope to use to capture the beauty that's in this World. I don't want my drawings to simply be pictures drawn on pieces of paper - I want my drawings to be a celebration of life. My portraits are like my children. I created them and I'm proud of them. I hope to change the way people "see" each other. Everyone is special in their own special way. People trul inspire me. I love to learn about people, I love to learn backgrounds, traditions, and cultures. I think this is why I became a portrait artist, it just seemed natural to me. I believe that every person is beautiful and I hope to bring out that beauty in each portrait I draw. I hope to bring out the person's soul. I thank GOD everyday for the gift HE has given me. Nov 23rd, 2011Shinobinaku was born from the need to express myself through art. I'm passionate about art since i can remember. I love to draw and create. I discovered digital painting and photomanipulation in 2005 and I knew that it was my true passion, it granted me the freedom to create at my heart's desire. I know i have improved a lot from the past years and I'm always trying to surpass my previous works, so I can get better everytime.

Jul 8th, 2011Born in 1975 in Switzerland as the only daughter of two photographers I was lucky enough to inherit the passion for creativity of my parents and started drawing before I was able to walk. However different interests prevented me from drawing until a few years ago. Ever since then I have been working for all different clients, painting illustrations for trading card games, game box covers, book covers, posters or concept art for games and movies. I have been working eagerly on my self tought skills for a few years now. My strong sides are character concepts and design. However I am constantly working on improving my skills and branching out in all different aspects of digital painting. I am currently living in sunny Greece with my boyfriend and Art Director Henning Ludvigsen and working as freelance artist for several gaming companies and private commissioners if I am not writing tutorials for books or magazines.

Jun 4th, 2011I'm a selftought pencil-artist. Mainly focusing on a combination between portraits and fantasy, but now and then doing a bit of comicbook style kind of things. Usually work in black&white, but will eventually play with colors too! Since I have a full time job offshore on oilrigs, this is just a hobby....so far, but you never know...
