No, I don't, no stump nor finger..only pencils . I use "Lyra" pencils 4h, 2H, HB, F, B and 2B ; Each drawing of this series takes me 3 weeks to one month, full time job...
Not exactly...I work from a photograph of my "sculpture" ;
I start my drawing from the left top ( I am right handed ) using a grid on the photo and my page , this grid is erased as my drawing comes up...
Wow. I tend to use a kneaded erasure to pull out highlights. I work all over at once tho and end up dragging my hand across the picture which makes me have to go back and refine details again and again. Hmmm...
