A fierce serpentine dragon magically emerges from the tattoo on a woman's back. This image was created for the Enchanted Visions Project's January 2012 theme. Line art done in pen on paper (8.5 x 11 inches). Digitally colored free handed in Corel Painter on Intuos 3 tablet.
In China, as well as many other Eastern traditions, dragons are the much-revered mythical creatures, believed to possess magical and spiritual powers. In feng shui, the green dragon is associated with the direction East, and believed to bring good fortune, good health, and luck. 2012 is the Year of the Dragon.
May the green dragon bring you much luck and prosperity. ^^
