I always follow the products cycle at http://buyersguide.macrumors.com/ This year, I intend to get the iPhone 4 (or 5), a new iMac 27inch core i7 with Macbook Air (if I travel a lot) or a Macbook Pro core i7. I also plan to get the iPad 2 when it comes out.
You should pass down your old stuff to me when you get the newer stuff :)
