Jun 30th, 2007how are you grabbing the color from the pages background?
i used to take screenshots and use eyedropper to grab a color -- but i have found this is ineffective, somehow the color was always off a couple shades, so instead I had to view source and get the color code and paste it into the PS color dialog.
yes i did that, but what the hell.. it's wrong. it should show you exactly what you saved in the end. it just makes safari seem worthless if this goes on.

I'm sure at least Meng doesn't face this problem, but i do. Everytime, for example, i use an image with a solid background that matches a page's background color and view it in Safari, it shows totally different colors. The page's background color shows up fine, but the image shows different colors.
Jun 27th, 2007That only seems to happen in Safari for me. Anyone know what might be causing this?
