This is a nice picture!
You did a good job with the characters. Their poses are good, Misha's pose is really good and Tsuki's really seams to be riding on Misha.
The colors are great, I like all the colorfullness of the picture and the different colours of the characters although the character seam to be "melting" a bit with the background due to the many colours. The shadowing looks very good, your shadowing is in general very good :) and the details of Misha's paw pads and ornements are very well done. Tsuki's hair is also very good.
The background looks good, the blur is good to create some depth and it's great that even with the blur it seams like a forest.
The white stripes are a great way to increase the movement sensation that is already well done with the characters pose.
I only think that the whole picture has too many diferent colours which migth make the picture a confusing, I would suggest for futures picture that you make the background whith less colours to make the characters not melt with the background.
Still this is a very good picture! I hope to see more.
