i agree with the point about the contrast. the colors are so lovely, but if there were more distinguishing factors between the main up close flower, and the farther ones, and the background (stems and leaves) and the flowers, it would look even better

thanks! I'll definitely mess around with the contrast. (=

A bit like your other photo... size ~! :)
Jul 17th, 2007 ReplyTheres sooo much details to grabs out of this one... don't let SN kill that ~! hehe
I'm really enjoying that one. The light of the back is really kicking in a great mood and atmosphere. Colors are powerfull and soft at the same time... simply lovely ~
One thing i would suggest should be to add more contrast... all about details... all about macro photography ;)
Another thing should be the way you present your photo. One thing i learned about that was one and simple thing.... Eyes are attracted by the white, popping up a white border around a photo is just a way to keep the eyes of people away of your brilliant photos you take :)
Beside that... lovely ~! that is really a great one ~

thanks so much for the tips and critique!
Jul 17th, 2007 ReplyI've noticed the effect of the white border as well && I think I'm going to get rid of it. && I'll experiment with the contrast as well.
thanks again!!!
