theres this guy on idrawgirls.com he does the same thing in his illustration videos but you can also here his voice. maybe you should email him and see how he does it.

i had used a program from blueberry software called BB flashback. i havnt used it in a while and i remember it taking a bit to get everything running steady but. it might be work a look =0) i have the full version laying around somewhere if you try it and like it.

  The movie gets created in .swf, which is a finished non-movie format. Kinda sucks... And I spent a whole lot of time finding a way to decompile it in vain. I also tried to use a good screen movie recorder, but that didn't go so well too.
  
  So if you know any of those that's very functional, let me know!

  i did a video once with fraps.. but god it took me forever to find a way to compress it / speed it up. i think it was like 200mb for 4mins of film.

Nice little video meng, and yes you talking in it would be a huge advantage, or inserting comments when you make an action, some photoshop n00bs wont have a clue what you just did :)
