Usually, springs rolls has rice paper(11g ea), noodles(11g ea) and a very sweet hoisin(11g ea) sauce, peanut butter sauce or sweetened fish sauce. Even the seemingly healthiest food has its trace of large quantity of carbs. That's because carbs are everywhere and works against your productivity as you'll feel overwhelmingly tired after eating them.
