I do love how the light lines are clean and simple... almost look like 2d. But that can make your piece a bit too 2d in a way. Theres like missing some details in the light. I would sugest to go faster with your light source and the max F you can get. You can always make a shot for the book and a shot for the light only. PS all that up hehe
But what really make light lines different its with the speed of the source. And hmm... the light source itself. Too bright source are not good in most situation... you going to find that funny but... if you use a flashlight, try to find some old bateries that are about to go to trash. The light going to be really small and perfect to make details into light lines
But really nice experimentation.. you should see my first shots like that errr ><
Try playing with Whitebalance of your cam also.... its digging out some kick ass light atmosphere/effect without even touching PS. That is still the main goal in photography all the time, to get a shot on the first click ~!
