Eevox is a highly interactive and graphical experiment using high-end Flash, PHP and MySQL technologies. Eevox served as a launch to the new evolution of Shadowness back in 2004 when it became corporate. Important clients as much as active users were keen to learn more about the world of Shadowness. Over 35 projects were being elaborated at that time. Flash website entirely designed, animated and sound-mixed by me.

http://www.tutorials20.com -- Quick design using Wordpress. The point was to gather great tutorials writers and have them submit on the site. The site got instantly popular and was dugg twice. In addition to that, being featured site of the week by Pixel2life.com and received traffic comparable to Shadowness in a week's time. Marketing was easy. Jason, one of our writer from www.empiredezign.com, quickly got inspired by the Website and the attention he got from the tutorials he submitted there went ahead and did his site, which is now very popular as well. [2007]

But I love Shadowness better because it has an active community and it's fun. Once S7 gets out there, we'll get 10x that traffic!

  • whisper Shadowness keeps getting bigger and better without giving up its creative approach to artist networking. I like tutorials 2.0 and I still visit from time to time but you'll find me on shadowness more often. Godbless 7shadows and the whole shadowness team.

  • muho This one's great! Iove the details and mass of shadows. Very good quality of the grunge background. I like the overall atmosphere that you're in when looking at the layout.
    The only thing that in my opinion is not really user friendly is the menu that is extremely too small. :p
    Anyway I'd like to see more from you of that type.

    1. Change "xdesignss" font. It's hard to read it.
    2. Remove shadows from content area.
    3. Change content background color. From transparent to white.
    4. Remove boxes on left.

  • whisper i love the flow of the design. the color scheme is quite dark which i normally am not a fan of but you are a proven artist and you made a believer out of me. Makes me feel in a trance and not even hearing any music of the DJ, i bet that is the type of music he spins!

  • Renyn graphic is nice... but it's too much overloaded of stuff and on a more designer view.. not fluid enough to make a community with it.
    Its nice yes.. but i would drive myself crazy updating that or just even trying to make everything work together with a design like that.
    Meng learned alot since white version :D
