Thanks man, I just wanna ask, you make acrylic paintings right, i have a set of colors, set of brushes and a canvas, my first try was a disaster, hehe. Did you go to art schools, what should the beginner like me should do first? or paint first - fruits, flowers? I like portraits but I don't want to jump to that advance stuff for now.
I think just learning how to use the stuff comes first, i suggest just playing with it to see how it works, the different effects with different brushes, paint, and surfaces. I think it is a good idea to just doodle for a start, like applying more or less pressure to the brush produces different effects as does varying the amount of paint you have on the brush...in one word, for someone just beginning with paint, PLAY..simple as that. Worry about the rest later
maybe start with 3 primary colours and 3 basic shapes to see what they can do..http://shadowness.com/essencestudios/colour-theory-101-2 thats what I was doing here :)
if you have any questions, I
